Opportunities at Ephesus
Management Consultant
Ephesus consultants are solution managers – change agents with the breadth and depth of skills and knowledge to drive major transformational programs for our clients. They are equipped with the ability to drive execution through all the phases of an initiative and ensure the client is informed, engaged, and prepared to take ownership as the initiative progresses to a successful outcome.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15+ years of consulting or similar experience
- Experienced in all facets of project management including ideation, design, development, lab analysis, testing, pilot, and deployment
- Expertise in process improvement, change management, and the technology development processCapability to produce deliverables with an uncanny level of value for the

- Ability to crisply communicate verbally, through written word, and through visual presentation
- Possessing the follow attributes: focused, integrity, curiosity, persistence, professional, detail-orientation but with a big picture perspective
- Beneficial qualifications include
- Deep functional or industry expertise
- Experience managing a profit and loss statement
- MBA
Project Manager
Ephesus Project Managers incorporate the majority of the skills of our Consultants but with a bent towards facilitating and driving the execution of a major program or project. They enjoy getting their hands into the details and ensuring all the components of the program come together to deliver a complete solution. They are diligent planners with the capability to understand the critical elements that determine success or failure. Ephesus Project Managers are collaboration experts, focused on developing professional relationships to navigate a project through the success
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience
- Experienced in all facets of project management including designing workplans, writing communications, managing issues and risks, and facilitating the activities to drive the project forward.
- Familiar with process improvement, change management, and the technology development process
- Capability to project financials and track towards a budget
- Ability to crisply communicate verbally, through written word, and through visual presentation
- Possessing the follow attributes: focused, integrity, curiosity, persistence, professional, detail-orientation but with a big picture perspectiveBeneficial qualifications include
- Financial training including an MBA
- Strong technology background
Specialist
Ephesus specialists are a meld of management consultants and subject matter experts. With deep knowledge and experience in a particular functional or industry, they are the Seal Team of our special forces company. Their expertise includes process areas such as Lean and Six Sigma, unctional expertise such as warehouse management or customer connectivity, or technical expertise in areas like data analytics or customer relationship management tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of consulting experience
- Experienced in all facets of project management including ideation, design, development, lab analysis, testing, pilot, and deployment
- Expertise in process improvement, change management, and the technology development process
- Thought leader in one or more function, industry, or specialized skillset
- Ability to crisply communicate verbally, through written word, and through
visual presentation
- Possessing the follow attributes: focused, integrity, curiosity, persistence, professional, detail-orientation but with a big picture perspective

Carolina Raptor Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of raptors (birds of prey). To help support our mission we host one of the largest conservation galas in Charlotte. This is not your typical gala—the attire is farm chic (picture a nice pair of boots, sun dresses for the ladies and dressy jeans for the gents) in a sophisticated, rustic depot. Talon to Table is a celebration of locally-sourced food, drinks and our community’s growing environmental awareness. This event will connect the community while emphasizing the importance of sustainable actions and local food to support a healthy ecosystem.
